Urtica dioica, commonly known as Stinging Nettle, is a nutritious and useful plant that has been consumed and used therapeutically for centuries. This tincture by epigenar® is a 1:9 tincture of Nettle leaves.
Purified water (Aqua purificata), alcohol, nettle (Urtica dioica folia) leaves.
Minimum Dry Herb Potency Ratio: 1:9
Alcohol content: 30 Vol.%
The recommended daily dosage (45 drops) contains: 2-3 ml nettle water-alcohol extract which is the equivalent of 222-333 mg dried nettle leaves.
SUGGESTED ADULT (age 16+ years) USE:
15 drops, 3 times daily in a small amount of water unless otherwise advised by your health specialist. Maximum 100 drops per day.
For children aged 4-15, 3 times daily, give one drop per number of years of age. Not suitable for children under 4 years of age.
Shake before use.
A slight opacification (cloudiness) doesn’t influence the quality.
