Griffonia (Griffonia simpliciifolia) extract standardized at 20% 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), rice flour, vegetarian capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), rice concentrate.
Suggested Adult (age 16+ years) Use:
1 capsule, 1-2 times a day, take before or with a meal or before going to bed, if you use more than 1 capsule. Preferably slowly build up and spread the dosage, unless otherwise advised by your health specialist. Maximum 3 capsules daily.
Child dosage: Ages 12-15: ½ to 1 capsule once daily unless otherwise advised. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
