Super Hair, Skin & Nails formula is a vitamin and mineral supplement designed to provide many of the nutrients that are important specifically for the health of the hair, skin and nails.
We recommend a course of at least three months to rectify common nutritional deficiencies that may underly any problem with hair, skin and nail strength and appearance. In addition to Super Hair, Skin & Nails formula, we also recommend an Essential Fatty Acid supplement such as Rio Rosa Mosqueta Oil capsules. Rosa Mosqueta oil can also be used topically on your nails to help strengthen them.
