Quebra Pedra (Phyllanthus niruri) is a small annual plant that is found in the Amazon rainforest and other tropical areas of the world, including India and the Caribbean. It is also well known by its Spanish name of Chanca Piedra - which means ‘stone breaker’.
Commonly found in Brazilian gardens growing as a weed, it is in fact one of the most useful of the herbs found in South America. Quebra Pedra has been used for centuries by the indigenous peoples of the Amazon to support the healthy functioning of the kidneys and the gall bladder, and to support the health of the urinary tract.

Teabags: Infuse one bag in a cup of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Leave teabag in cup for extra strength. Consume 3 cups per day or as recommended by your practitioner.
Loose Tea: Put 3 heaped teaspoons (5g) of Quebra Pedra into a saucepan with 600ml (3 cups) of cold water. Bring to the boil, simmer for 10 minutes, strain and serve. Sugar or honey may be added as desired. Consume whole mixture throughout the day. Mixture may be taken cold, or reheated if preferred.
Teabags: Quebra Pedra (Phyllanthus niruri) pure shredded whole plant 1500mg. Teabag: unbleached paper.
Loose tea: Quebra Pedra (Phyllanthus niruri) pure shredded whole plant.
Quebra Pedra is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Quebra Pedra may increase the effect of diabetic, diuretic and high blood pressure drugs.

I do not like ordinary tea but I actually like the taste of this. I also found that the dull ache I had on my left side has started to fade, whether or not its this product I dont know but I would still drink the tea anyway.

So i decide to try with caps. Style of live is very important to decide the format of the medicines :)
