Guarana is a creeping shrub native to the Amazon rainforest that produces clusters of small bright red fruit, the seed of which has been used by indigenous tribes for centuries to boost energy levels and combat fatigue, and in addition it can help to improve concentration and focus.
It gains its energising benefits from a number of actives that are found in the seed. These include caffeine and two other stimulants -theophylline and theobromine. These stimulants are found in a complex named Guaranine that provides gentle stimulation over a period of several hours, without the peak and trough in energy levels that is associated with many sources of caffeine and other stimulants. I have been a red bull addict for a very long time to give me energy but have found Go Go has been much better with no lasting after effects like red bull. Worth giving it ago you won't turn back!

I always use these when I need to do a lot of work or feel tired. They work very well when you don't sleep enough and need to concentrate durring the day for long hours. I prefer these to any other Guarana products as these are probably the strongest you can get. They feel great when you combine them with brazilian ginseng.The only dissadvantages are they work as a mild laxative, but that is just a common side effect of guarana and sometimes when taken later in the day, thay make me unable to sleep. Appart from that it's a great product, better than any stimulant commonly available.
