Put 5 -10 drops in a glass and add 120ml (4oz) of water, then wait one minute before drinking. Start with 1 drop just before bedtime, adding 1 drop to the dose every 5 days until the maintenance dose of 6-10 drops is reached. Take for 2 months at this full dose, or as recommended by your practitioner.
