Nutramedix Adrenal Support is a proprietary blend of the extracts of five adaptogenic and tonic herbs - Schisandra, Astragulus, Georgian Snow Rose, Wild Yam and Ginseng, designed to support the healthy functioning of the adrenal glands.

Schisandra (Schisandra chinesisis) a woody vine that is native to China, Russia and Korea, the berries of which have been used for centuries as a tonic. Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) root is also found in China - like ginseng, the root is harvested when several years old, and is prized for its adaptogenic properties.

Georgian Snow rose (Rhododendron caucasicum) root has been used by the people of Georgia for hundreds of years as a tonic herb. Wild Yam (Dioscorea villosa) root is native to North America, South America and Asia, and is popularly used to treat hormonal imbalance. American Ginseng (Panax quinquefolius) is related to Asian ginseng and was used by Native Americans as a tonic and restorative.
